MyClubHub Registration FAQ

This summer we began using a new registration service called MyClubHub.  When you register, you will create a family membership account and a profile for each child. This will make it easy for you to register for program without having to register every week and thus guarantees your child’s spot in the program. In addition, this will make registering for other AVBGC programs in the future easier. MyClubHub has great features including:

  • Managing your contact information and emergency contacts
  • See your current and previous program registrations
  • Managing your invoice, payment methods, and viewing previous payments
  • Downloading your dependent care receipt for your records


After clicking the link below, choose which "Membership Category" your child(ren) fall(s) under. Once a FAMILY MEMBERSHIP has been created you'll be able to register your child(ren) for the 2022-2023 school year. You will then need to add a credit card to your account by clicking on “Setup Payment Method”. Once a card is on file, you will be notified of your registration.


COST: $200 per month for a 10 month school year.  


The cost for the afterschool program breaks down to $11.11 per child/per day during the 180 day school year or comes to $2,000 per student for the year. This is charged to a card on file on a monthly billing schedule in 10 equal payments of $200 per month or you have the option to pay in full if you would like.


If you register for the program at anytime after the start of the school year (for example in September) the balance of that month will be prorated and due upon registration and then you will start on the following planned billing schedule accordingly.  


Unfortunately, we are not offering sibling discounts at this time, but as always, we offer financial assistance for those households who qualify. See here for household income guidelines. If you feel you qualify for financial assistance, please register in our system and click the box that says “apply for financial assistance”, fill out the application, submit the required documents and our staff will review your application and respond within 5 business days.


This new system is the most affordable and cost effective method for our club to provide billing service. We understand that monthly billing may be inconvenient, but it is just one of the ways we are reducing costs during this period of rising business expenses without reducing the quality of the service we provide. By using this system, we keep the costs down for all our Club families.


AVBGC is an experienced provider, with existing programs at 21 additional sites in the Antelope Valley. The AVBGC program is conveniently held on select school campuses within Westside School District.


After School Schedule: The after-school program begins immediately at the end of the school day (including minimum days) until 6:00pm. 

The daily after-school program includes:

  • Snack
  • Homework assistance
  • Recreation time
  • Sports/Fitness
  • Enrichment activities such as art, science, crafts, games, and dance
  • Additional special programs may be made available throughout the school year. Examples may include: Fitness, drama, foreign language, and STEM.
  • FUN!


STAFF: Our staff members are caring members of the community who meet the WUSD contractor requirements (including TB testing, Livescan background checks, and CPR/First Aid training). Our student to staff ratio is 20:1.
